The lost feeling for EXERCISE

Just this day, I agonize how fast I'm growing, well its a good thing if I am getting taller but its not the case. I'm growing fat. Then it hit me, I lack the motivation to exercise. Physical activities used to excite me. Among my favorites are chinese, tigso and taguan. I know I'm way to old for these games but before I can't stay put in one place, I got to move. But now, my best talent is lying on the bed all day long.

School - fun and exciting. And as far as I remember, my elementary days were the most stimulating. Then, I can't help noticing why I lost that loving feeling for sports. My teachers in grade 5-6 used to get mad when I and my classmates get in class all sweaty and stinky. Why should they react the way they did? Kids will always be kids and will always love games. How can a teacher lose the insight that physical activities are just as important as academics. And now techi world becomes the greatest enemy of exercise. Not only teens are getting hooked up in computers but even children as young as 5 years old. These children don't even bother getting out of the house to see what the day has to offer. The internet becomes the new and most exciting play ground.

I know our country is suffering many major problems like rice crisis, but I guess they have to double their efforts in enhancing children's participation in sports.

I'm not blaming anyone for my inactiveness. But definitely, society and technology have influenced me, especially our second mothers - our teachers.
